What’s your rate per-word? 

We don’t have a fixed per-word, or per-page rate. Rates are established on a per-project basis, based on the complexity and timetable of your specific project. If you have a project in mind, please contact us for a quote.

I need my project done by tomorrow, can you get it to me on time?

We’re sometimes able to accommodate rushed projects, depending on the project and our workload at a given time. If you have a rushed project that you’d like to inquire about, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Please bear in mind that rushed projects carry a significant surcharge, and they may be slightly less excellent than projects that we have had more time to prepare.

Do you work on retainer? 

In certain situations it’s possible to retain our services for a fixed number of hours per-month. If you’re interested in exploring such an arrangement, please contact us. 

Can you provide a proper invoice for VAT?
