User-centered design is the foundation of any successful website or application. Our UX team is trained to approach each project from the perspective of the system’s end-user and to design systems that help users attain their goals easily, intuitively, and effectively.

Information Architecture

Whether you are planning a simple website or a complex system, it is essential that your information be organized and presented in a logical and intuitive manner. We work with you to understand your business goals, and the needs of your users, so we can build a conceptual structure and high-level workflows that allow for optimized, efficient site use.

Product Specifications and Wireframes

During this stage of planning, we work with you to ensure that every functional detail of the website is accounted for – from layout, to navigation, to any site-specific workflows and processes that are needed. Controls, buttons, and other features are all placed where they belong, popups and other system messages are planned, and a detailed document describing the system’s behavior in every possible scenario is prepared. After this stage of planning, the project is ready to move into the design phase.

Project Management

We have extensive experience managing projects throughout the product lifecycle. We work closely with design and development teams to ensure that execution is according to plan and in keeping with the system's goals, and we provide feedback throughout the development process.

User Testing

The more user testing is possible, the better. It is advisable to plan every project in a manner that allows for at least one round of testing prior to release. User tests are custom tailored for each project, with specific tasks designed for carefully selected user groups. The tests are administered and the results reviewed, and the information is then used to fine tune and improve the website or application, to ensure an optimal user experience.
